I finally decided to dedicate an entire episode to why I'm so happy and positive and how I think I got to be that way. A lot of it is how I think I just am, and how I am from my happy childhood, but I discuss different areas of happiness, positivity, and optimism and where I think they come from. My biggest tips and things that help me are finding the silver lining in things, being thankful for difficult situations that teach you lessons, learning to love yourself, prioritizing your mental health, and having gratitude and recognizing your privilege.
