There is zero barrier to entry in becoming an ‘entrepreneur’. That’s a great thing but also a bad thing at the same time.

Bad because it causes people with no experience to immediately put themselves next to long term, super successful business owners and believe they are in the same league.

Of course there are people with natural talent in business just like there are in any field. But ultimately education and experience are needed - and many many years of it - to reach greatness.

I’ve got over 25 years in the game. I’ve got more scars than Rambo. I’ve lost more money than most people will make in a life time. But fortunately I’ve made a lot more than I’ve lost.

I’m still proactively learning every single day to get better and better. It’s actually one of my favourite parts of the day.
