Why don't men seek help when they're stuck?

Men are taught to be a certain kind of leader...to be a man who doesn't cry and who doesn't show vulnerability. But for men, being stuck is a sign of weakness.

Rather than seeing that as weak, think of it as a sign of strength. By talking about it and accepting it, you demonstrate that you don't care about the weakness. Live a transparent life so that no one can point a finger at you, because you have already admitted, accepted, and spoken on all of the things that you have been most ashamed of in the past. Own the 'negativity' about yourself, and own it with pride.
