When shame, trauma or conditioning live here, money often feels heavy, unsafe or just out of reach - not because you’re doing anything wrong, but because your body has learned to protect itself. This is a trauma-informed, grounded conversation about meeting yourself with gentleness, restoring safety in the body and expanding your capacity for joy, creativity, and abundance - without forcing or bypassing.
