Most chiropractors focus WAY too much on new patients/ clients/ practice members! Their procedures focus on what to do on a first and second visit, new clients are treated like visiting royalty, and they tell themselves that what they 'need" to grow their practice is to get MORE new people! It often creates a trap for them where they always 'need' new people!
The alternative is to focus on long-term relationships. Part of this is to put as much focus and effort on reactivations. How can you make a remarkable experience for people who drop out of care and then come back?
In today's episode, Martin explains WHY reactivations are better than new people and WHAT you need to do to create a phenomenal experience for them!
