Like at the very bottom. Self-care is never a priority when there is so much to do, right? Self-care feels like a luxury that only the "rich" get to experience. And I've heard from the men, too, it's not limited to just us "farm gals." Self-care becomes a priority:

• AFTER we make our husband's lunch…
• AFTER we get the kids ready for school…
• AFTER we tend to the cows… chickens... customers...
• AFTER all of our "other" responsibilities are met…

Which honestly, leaves zero time for ourselves. But what if I told you that after years of putting myself dead last, it was no wonder I was resentful, tired and ready to quit. Today, with all I've learned about the dangers of neglecting self-care, I now make time for myself.
