A listener asked us if there is such a thing as luck in investing and whether there is a universal formula to guarantee a winning streak when it comes to dealing with property.

Luck, (that random positive encounter with chance) plays little to no contribution to good investing outcomes and that universal formula used by successful investors everywhere is just a two-part recipe: knowledge and hard work.

In this episode, we're here to give you a nudge to forget about that "get rich quick" scheme that you see circulating online and hand you doable, objective and proven principles to keep your grounded. Once you get the fundamentals right, distractions become easier to avoid.
