INFJ Life Coach Lesson: Today, we're talking about why INFJs give so much and get so little back. Let's be honest. This isn't something that only happens to a couple of INFJs. Most of us have experienced this. I would even go so far and say, there has not been one INFJ who hasn't done this in their life, who hasn't experienced that. But on the flip side, we don't know how to change it. What? Are we supposed to give less? That just doesn't make any sense. We want to give, we want to be of service, but we also want to be appreciated for it. And then when the time comes around, the other person is not giving anything back. It's like we've been 50, 50 all along. Everybody has put the same thing in, and even if the other person were aware that we've been giving more, that's all they're willing to give. And it's a crushing feeling. And today we're going to analyze why this is happening. Is it our fault maybe? Do we need to change who we are? Do we just need to stop giving so much? Is that just giving up on humanity? We are going to look into this today, so you find the perfect balance in what you want to give. That way you feel fulfilled, you don't have to hold back and you still getting appreciated for what you put out there.
