INFJ Life Coach Lesson: Today, we're talking about why the INFJ prefers texts over calls, and you might say, well, why are we even talking about it? We just like our alone time, this is a well-known fact, why do we have to analyze this? But this is so much more than just the fact that we like to have our alone time. And once we uncover this, this can help you in so many ways. And not just in the fact of, okay, how do I keep people at a distance so I feel comfortable. How can I enjoy my introvert time?

It's way more about the way you live your life. Because think about it. It's not like we don't want human interactions. We are, after all, feelers, there is a connection we want with people. And we also want to have it on a deep level. And still very often when somebody calls, we sort of like back off, if they write it's okay. And another fun fact that you might not know is that so many INFJ get into long-distance relationships with people who they cannot see face-to-face all the time. Yeah. You might Skype with them, but still, there is a distance to it. In the past, I've been in a long-term relationship with somebody who lived abroad. I've gotten into situations where I like people who lived in a different country. And I see this in the comments all the time. This is something that we INFJs have in common. And so I took some time to think about why this is happening. How can we connect this? And is this really the same thing as the fact that we prefer texts over calls? And the answer is "yes" because the reason all of this is happening is because of the way we like to connect with people; our sort of energy. I always say we as INFJs are easy to be projected on. The way we show up, we give people so much room, and energetically speaking so much space to live out who they are.
