Consider this: “If running your business feels hard, you’re doing it right.”

You don't hear me talking about the hard side of business often, and that's because I found a way to make hard seasons of my business look and feel easier.

Part of that process is welcoming the challenges that come with running a business. Expecting them. Not being afraid of them.

I also choose to see more opportunities than excuses to stay stuck. I think that's why I love coaching so much. I see opportunities where other people see obstacles, and I have trained myself to think through infinite amounts of scenarios in which it can feel and be easier.

After helping hundreds of people navigate really tough situations in their business, make hard decisions, and feel their feelings along the way, I’ve realized there is some value I can share with you around how to do this, too.

I’ve self-identified as a generalist for many years, or as I like to call it “a Jane of All Trades.”

I got a DM on Instagram from a fan of the show, Diane.

Why?

They didn’t solve problems quickly.

They had an obstacle and opportunity in front of them, and many chose to “sit tight” and seal their fate instead of control it.

We aren’t going to do that.
