Dr. Eric Roman was a DSO CEO, then became a serial startup entrepreneur and built six companies over the course of Covid. Recently, he refocused his efforts and rolled a number of the companies into the Dental Entrepreneur Organization, the DEO, of which he is now a partner.

 

Dr. Roman talks about his successes and failures during his time as a DSO founder/executive, and the importance of a dental-specific operating system as you scale from practice to business, then business to organization.
