In this episode, I’m sharing how I've been feeling recently and the importance of rest, pause and creating space to reconnect with yourself, especially during seasons where life may feel slower or uncertain. This is what I've been working on recently and I share how I've created more capacity in my nervous system and feel more focused and productive.
