Many people fail to connect the dots between their past experiences, upbringing, and how they find themselves in toxic, trauma-bonded relationships. Often, individuals enter these relationships without realizing it until it's too late.
The vulnerability to trauma bonding can be traced back to one's upbringing and early attachments. Our subconscious beliefs and thoughts are deeply ingrained by the age of six or seven, shaping how we interact with others and the kind of relationships we seek as adults.
