🌸The Spring Sanctuary is now open! Join me March 25-May 15 in a protected wildlife preserve for your Natural Self.
Our circadian rhythms are all thrown off right now with Daylight Savings Time (not because of Nature but because of our silly illusions about time lol.)
I used to feel low like this all the time too, until I learned these tips I'm going to share.
There are some specific cues from our external environment that "train" our circadian rhythm: light, food, sleep, temperature, and location. Aren't our bodies are so brilliantly adaptive?!
Here's EXACTLY what to do this week (and actually, forevermore! You feel so much better when your circadian rhythm and therefore your hormones aren't f*cked up.)

There's a difference between rebelling against a system and outgrowing it.
Rebellion still orbits the thing you are pushing against. It's reactive. It stays locked in opposition.
Outgrowing something is quieter.
In this episode, I talk about the difference between those two orientations and why many people who leave high-control environments remain emotionally tethered to them long after they have technically exited.
There is a phase where anger is clarifying and necessary.
And then there's another phase where Sovereignty becomes quiet.
Instead of fighting the system, you begin orienting your Life toward something different.
We also explore how this shift shows up in everyday life, from the way we relate to work and productivity to the way we relate to Time itself.
The Spring Sanctuary is not about rebellion against modern life. It's about restoration.

The problem has never been you.
In his book Stolen Focus, Johann Hari’s explains the idea of cruel optimism, the lie that encourages us to believe that systemic problems can be solved through more personal effort.
In this conversation, we explore the difference between being personally responsible for your life and being unfairly blamed for systems that were never designed for human rhythms in the first place.
I'm also sharing the deeper orientation behind the Spring Sanctuary—an 8-week shared quest in rewilding our relationship to Time by attuning to Nature and our Intuition.

Today’s episode is a simple invitation into the Spring Sanctuary—an 8-week, fully asynchronous shared quest to rewild our time, energy, and motivation by attuning to Nature and our Intuition.
In this episode, I describe the FEELING behind the space we're creating together this Spring. I talk about the idea of protected Land—wildlife preserves where nothing is forced to perform and everything grows according to its Nature—and how that same principle can be applied to the way we relate to Time.
Spring Sanctuary is designed as a protected stretch of Time inside modern life.
It's fully asynchronous, meaning: there are no live calls, no clock time, and no pressure to show up at a specific hour.
Instead, we move in rhythm with the season and our real lives.
If you've been craving a slower, steadier way to move through this Season without abandoning your values or responsibilities, this episode introduces the shared quest we're beginning together.
Spring Sanctuary runs March 25–May 15, and we're already orienting to the Season together inside.

Are you in a period of waiting right now? In a way, we all are pregnant and waiting during the Winter season of the year, and we often go through personal inner seasons of Winter waiting.
It can feel so hard, unfair, frustrating, annoying, and generally unpleasant to WAIT.
We typically don't associate waiting with being magical, but I know I did when I was pregnant. It was my first experience in life where I understood and truly accepted the waiting period to be "as Nature intended it."

How we can walk together:
We are at a really exciting time in history where western science is finally developing the technology to explain and “prove” what ancient wisdom has taught for thousands of years.
One of those things is the concept that the heart is the center of who we are (NOT the brain.)
Our hearts and our brains both produce electromagnetic frequencies.
In fact, we are electrical beings, and this is how most communication inside our bodies works.
Our nervous system is built on electromagnetic frequencies, as is our mental health, our hormonal health, our connection to Nature (example: grounding), and as it turns out…
… so is our Intuition.
It’s ALL signaling, electrical signaling.
The electromagnetic frequency of our heart can be measured, as well as our brain’s, and it turns out that the emf of the heart is 3x bigger than the brain!
Our heart starts beating in the womb at 5 weeks old, but our brain waves don’t start until month 7.
The emf of our heart extends out about 3 feet beyond our physical bodies, providing a scientific explanation of our aura, and an explanation for how we can pick up on the “vibes” of others in a room without even speaking.
The HeartMath Institute has been studying the emf of the heart and observed SIGNIFICANT measurable differences in different emotional states.
When we are in more of a positive or “high vibe” emotion, the heart signaling reaches a beautiful state of coherence.
We will then be able to RESONATE with other people and experiences available in the electromagnetic field around us that are a match for our own frequency. This explains the saying, “We don’t get what we want. We get what we ARE.”
It also becomes very CLEAR to us what does NOT match, what does not vibe, part of how our Intuition serves us.
HeartMath also proved through a series of experiments that our heart detects information BEFORE our brains do…
AND the heart signals a response in our bodies and emotional states even before we are cognitively aware.

What if the reason “self-love” feels awkward, forced, or hollow isn’t because you’re doing it wrong, but because it was never meant to work that way?
In this episode, I'm sharing why I think so many women intelligently resist the idea of self-love, especially those who grew up in high-control or shame-based environments.
Instead of trying to make your personality love your personality, what if the deeper healing comes from letting yourself be loved by Love itself?

In this episode, I’m sharing about how I was once in a cult, because it is so deeply foundational to my work.
Because now I have a very special gift of being highly allergic to high control environments.
I have a heightened sense of sniffing out anything that reeks of the psychological warfare that makes us stop trusting ourselves and learn helplessness.
In this episode, I talk about how those same dynamics can show up in the coaching and self-improvement world, especially through the misuse of "mindset work."
Mindset work can be powerful. It helped me realize my thoughts weren’t happening to me, and that I could unsubscribe from beliefs that no longer served me. But when a good tool is rooted in fear, shame, or avoidance of pain, it can easily become a weapon.
Press play to hear:
How mindset work can unintentionally invalidate real pain
The difference between Love-based and fear-based tools
Why “just changing your thoughts” often doesn’t work
How the mind can’t solve problems created at the same level of consciousness
Why fresh input—not more effort—is what actually creates change
I also share why I’ve come to trust energy-based and intuitive practices that bypass the conscious mind and speak directly to the body, the unconscious, and what I simply call Love.
If you’ve ever felt stuck in mental loops, exhausted by self-improvement, or confused about why the tools that should be working aren’t helping you, this episode is for you!
You’re not broken. You don’t need to try harder. You might just need a different kind of input.
At the end of the episode, I share more about Letters from Love, a simple devotional writing practice that offers exactly that.
