(8/31/23) Markets have had four days of advancing action following a 5% correction; markets are not yet back to extreme over-bought conditions. There is still some room in this rally to get the S&P back up to around 4,600. September tends to be a historically weak month...but, when August has had a reversal of July's gains, September tends to be a positive month. On average. For now, the data suggests that market momentum will carry on for the next several days.
