I believe that people are better served by identifying the habits that prevent them from having to rely on willpower.  It’s all about putting yourself in a position to succeed whether you’re dieting, trying to get to the gym consistently, or trying to save money. In this episode, I give you all my strategies for building good habits that will help you reach your goals without relying on sheer willpower.
