Losing weight is one of the hardest things we will have to go through in our lives. But, life still goes on, parties, events, end of the week, just because. These are all reasons that you may not be cooking at home and are going to be at a restaurant. Being at a restaurant is not bad for your wellness goals, it's the temptations and ambiance that leave you breathtaken and your will power goes down the drain. There are, however, some easy things we can do to make sure we don't hate ourselves in the morning.
