He’s currently serving as President & CEO of the Fort Campbell Historical Foundation. This will be a welcome home for Winski. He’s a Wisconsin native and earned his bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. In fact, he was commissioned as an infantry officer through UWM’s ROTC program, and his commissioning ceremony was held at the War Memorial Center.
