1. The head of the largest health insurer in the country is stepping down. A former CEO of UnitedHealth Group, and current chairman, becomes CEO again. This is effective immediately. Stephen Hemsley served as company CEO from 2006 to 2017. He'll remain chairman of the company’s board.

2. The sex trafficking and racketeering trial for Sean Diddy Combs continues in a New York courtroom today. Cassie Ventura, an ex-girlfriend of Combs, is the prosecution's star witness called to the stand today, speaking about an incident in 2016, that was caught on hotel surveillance, that showed Combs beating Ventura. Ventura received a monetary settlement from Combs in 2023 after she said he abused her. He apologized for his actions that were caught on camera after the footage went public.

3. The New World Screwworm! Get to know it but hope we don't see it. The threat of an infestation of the New World screwworm has the U.S. halting imports of livestock from Mexico to protect our livestock. The last 18-hundred head of cattle crossed the southern border on Monday. The New World Screwworm is a parasitic fly. It was eradicated in the U.S. back in the 1960s. The fly gets its name for how its maggots feed on an animal.

ABC News Investigative Reporter Peter Charalambous talks about how opening arguments got underway Monday in the highly anticipated trial of hip-hop mogul Sean Diddy Combs. Combs has been accused of sex trafficking by force, transportation to engage in prostitution and racketeering conspiracy as part of a blockbuster federal indictment originally filed in September 2024 and later faced two more superseding indictments. Combs pleaded not guilty to all of the charges. The rapper is accused of being the ringleader of an alleged enterprise that "abused, threatened and coerced women" into prolonged, drug and sex-fueled "freak offs," and then threatened them into silence. He has said all the sex was consensual, and his lawyer claims Diddy was simply part of the "swinger lifestyle."

1. A local case in the national spotlight could be brought before a federal grand jury today. Milwaukee County Judge Hannah Dugan is accused of helping an undocumented immigrant avoid ICE agents. The two federal charges against her carry a maximum penalty of six years in prison and a 350-thousand dollar fine. According to the complaint, Dugan helped an undocumented Mexican immigrant dodge federal immigration official at the Milwaukee County Courthouse last month. The man was appearing in her courtroom for a domestic battery case. ICE agents were able to track him down and arrest him anyways. Those prosecuted for a federal felony, like Dugan, generally have their cases brought before a grand jury. The group indicts based on the standard of probable cause, so if there's a reasonable basis to believe she committed a crime.

2. The Packers will host the Philadelphia Eagles November 10th on Monday Night Football. A week-10 matchup at Lambeau Field pitting the teams at the center of the tush push debate. The Eagles invented and perfected the play, but now the Packers want it out. The vote has been tabled until later this spring or summer. The Packers' annual trip to Soldier Field in Chicago to battle the NFC North rival Bears will take place Saturday, December 20th. The complete schedule will be revealed Wednesday night. There will be no international games for the Packers this season.

3. Americans are paying about 2-point-3 percent more for just about everything compared to a year ago. That's a slightly lower rise in the Consumer Price Index than economists were expecting. With the new agreement between China and the US rolling back tariffs from Chinese imports from 145 percent to 30 percent. Even with the relief, Americans still set to face price increases. The tariffs were previously estimated to cost an additional $4900 per household. But with the reduction, it's now 2800.
