1. A trial date has now been set for Milwaukee County Judge Hannah Dugan will go on trial Monday, July 21st. She pleaded not guilty today, in federal court in downtown Milwaukee. Judge Dugan is charged with helping an undocumented immigrant avoid ICE agents at the Milwaukee County Courthouse last month. Those federal agents ended up tracking him down anyways and arrested him. The next week, federal authorities arrested Judge Dugan. On Tuesday, a federal grand jury indicted her. Then yesterday, her team filed a motion to have the charges against her dismissed. More than a hundred people gathered outside the federal courthouse this morning, protesting President Trump's immigration crackdown and the administration's treatment of Dugan.

CBS News Justice Correspondent Scott MacFarlane talks about how a Wisconsin judge accused of helping a man evade federal immigration agents has pleaded not guilty to federal charges. Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Hannah Dugan entered the plea during an arraignment this morning in federal court. She and her lawyers left after the brief hearing without talking to reporters. Dugan is charged with obstruction and concealing an individual to prevent arrest. According to an FBI affidavit, Dugan showed a man out the back door of her courtroom last month after learning immigration agents were in the courthouse looking to arrest him for being in the country illegally. The case has escalated a clash between Trump administration and Democrats over the president’s sweeping immigration crackdown. Scott also talks about how in about two dozen cases nationwide, judges have gotten unsolicited pizza deliveries with the recipient listed as Daniel Anderl, the late son of U.S. District Judge Esther Salas, the New Jersey judge told CBS News. Anderl was killed at the family's New Jersey home in 2020 by a disgruntled gunman who was targeting Salas.

President of the Greater Milwaukee Committee Joel Brennan talks about Milwaukee Public Schools receiving more than $500,000 from local organizations intending to support initiatives of the new superintendent, Brenda Cassellius, and what grade Joel would give her, following her first 60 days in this role. Joel also discusses how a $17.5 million development of single-family houses for lower income people in Milwaukee's Harambee neighborhood would receive $2.85 million in city funding under a new proposal.

2. It's not yet summer but already starting to feel a bit like fall. The Green Bay Packers schedule for this upcoming season is now out. The Packers will open the 2025-2026 season in primetime and at home. The Green & Gold will host the Detroit Lions to open the NFL season on September 7th, 3:25 p.m. kickoff for that game.

ABC News Technology Reporter Mike Dobuski talks about how shares in Google parent company Alphabet plummeted last week after Apple executive Eddie Cue said, under oath, that searches on iPhones are declining for the first time in 22 years. Google quickly attempted to refute the testimony, saying that searches, in general, were actually increasing - including on Apple devices. Meanwhile, Amazon has announced a new warehouse robot that the company says has “a sense of touch.” Also, on Monday night, Samsung is set to release an ultra-thin new device, and it’s not the only smartphone maker that could be slimming down.

1. A big announcement from Microsoft today and this time it's not about AI or a new product. Microsoft is laying off thousands of workers. Microsoft announced a smaller round of performance-based layoffs in January. But the 3% cuts will be Microsoft's biggest since early 2023, when the company cut 10-thousand workers. Microsoft has a three billion data center under construction right now in Mount Pleasant. It did recently, however, pull back on some other data center projects in the U.S. and Europe.

2. The Packers will host the Philadelphia Eagles November 10th on Monday Night Football. A week-10 matchup at Lambeau Field pitting the teams at the center of the tush push debate. The Eagles invented and perfected the play, but now the Packers want it out. The vote has been tabled until later this spring or summer. The Packers' annual trip to Soldier Field in Chicago to battle the NFC North rival Bears will take place Saturday, December 20th. The complete schedule will be revealed Wednesday night. There will be no international games for the Packers this season.
