1. Milwaukee County Judge Hannah Dugan pleads NOT guilty. Dugan made the plea this morning in federal court in downtown Milwaukee, where supporters gathered outside the courthouse to protest the case against her. Judge Dugan is charged with helping an undocumented immigrant avoid ICE agents at the Milwaukee County Courthouse last month. Those federal agents ended up tracking him down anyways and arresting him. The next week, federal authorities arrested Judge Dugan. This week, she was indicted. Yesterday, she filed a motion to have the charges dismissed and now we have the not guilty plea. Her trial is set for July 21st.
2. It's not yet summer but already starting to feel a bit like fall. The Green Bay Packers schedule for this upcoming season is now out. The Packers will open the 2025-2026 season in primetime and at home. The Green & Gold will host the Detroit Lions to open the NFL season on September 7th, 3:25 p.m. kickoff for that game.
3. Rough weather is targeting parts of the country's mid-section. Southeastern Wisconsin gets hit later today. The Storm Prediction Center has us under a LEVEL THREE out of five for severe weather. With the potential for significant hail and strong tornadoes, take the warnings seriously today.
