Coach and athlete Tom Clifford discusses his own set back and also has guest athlete Alecia Williams on who overcame a broken femur in the Boston Marathon and 3 surgeries to fix it.  Alecia is now a grand master and is running 7:30 miles on the track.  You will get inspired and learn how to mentally overcome the hurdles you experience when you are deeply injured or in an athletic slump.
