In this week’s episode, I will be joined by Dr. Beth Harris PT, DPT. Beth is a graduate with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, FL. For 11 years, she has been blessed to share her love of healing and has helped many patients heal orthopedic and pelvic health conditions. Her passion for women’s health led her to expand her experience. She completed Pelvic Physical Therapy 1-3 through the American Physical Therapy Association. She then completed specialty training for pregnancy and postpartum PT, the treatment of pelvic pain, Pudendal neuralgia, SI joint dysfunction, myofascial techniques for the pelvis, diastasis rectus abdominus, hypopressives, and many others.
