In this short and final episode of A Gluten Free Podcast for 2021, I take a moment to reflect on how this podcast began, what it’s meant to me so far, and where I hope to take it in 2022. Starting A Gluten Free Podcast was a leap into something new, and I’m incredibly grateful to every one of you who has listened, shared, and supported it along the way.
