The last few weeks/month I've been struggling with a lot of internal dialogue regarding whether I'm Ok: not as OK as I think I am and/or more OK than 'they' want or need  me to be.

I dunno. But, I promise, I'm not not OK and fundamentally the things I'm working through are normal and natural; not requiring to be 'solved' or 'fixed'. Just better appreciated & understood.
