Question 1: Tips for having to interact with my ex in med school after he savagely broke my heart after being together for 2.5 years. He ended things out of the blue a few weeks ago due to stress and not believing we could work out together in the long run due to speciality choices/ residency.
Question 2: What are your best tips for time management? How do you set boundaries for time you spend on the [amazing] podcast versus you time / self care?

We dive deep into the who, what, where, when, and WHY of the case that has swept the nation: the Moscow, Idaho murders where the lives of four college-aged students were abruptly taken. What led the police to the killer and suspect, Bryan Kohberger? What could have been his motive? What were the events leading up to the murder? We answer all of this and more on tonight's episode!

With the release of Miley’s most recent hit Flowers, what better time than now to do a Miley and Liam episode with the one and only Emily Rose from the It's become a whole thing podcast! We discuss our thoughts on what we think of both Miley and Liam separately, as individuals, along with the wild journey that is their 10+ year relationship. I knew the relationship had its twists and turns going into the episode, but what I didn’t realize is how OFTEN their relationship was on and then off again. I also bring the first segment of our Q&A session of X Knows All!
I hope you enjoy!

This episode gave me chills the entire time I was researching and recording it. What are the conspiracy theories that have circulated around how a plane happened to vanish out of thin air (think: hijacking, murder-suicide, aliens, black hole theories). Also, what about unsolved mysteries is so compelling for people like Shannon and I? We also take some deep left turns towards the JonBenet Ramsey case, the Bryce Laspisa case, and the Maura Murray case. I hope you guys enjoy this very different show today!

This week’s episode is joined with friend of the pod Jesse from Jesse's Girls Pod. We dive deep into the height of Britney’s fame (Crossroads, Oops! I Did it Again era), her iconic VMA performances, her breakup from Justin Timberlake, and of course, what the fuck is happening now that she’s in a “post-conservatorship life”.
We also bring up some insane, niche throwback memories - Darren’s Dance Grooves, anyone? The Jack LaLane Power Juicer, anyone? This episode is jam-packed with information and laughs, and I’m so excited for you guys to listen.

This week’s episode covers the most famous celebrity of our millennial generation - Britney Spears. Truth be told, there is so much to be discussed on Britney - from how she became the biggest popstar in the world, to her “messier” moments (5150, multiple marriages, public scandals and crises), and of course - the conservatorship. Of course, not all of this could be covered in a single episode. So, today’s episode discusses her upbringing and the familial trauma both she, and multiple generations before her, endured. Researching this episode gave me a TON of empathy on why she is the way she is, and why she may have been doomed from the start as it pertains to being predisposed to mental illness.

This episode of X Knows All is a bit different - I'm taking you all on my 2022 journey. This year was, hands down, the most traumatic year of my life and I'm so thankful and grateful to finally be on the other side of it. I share my experience with death and grief, how I coped with a scary, life-threatening health issue within my family, and how I was able to move through it through podcasting and connecting with all of you beautiful individuals.
On a much lighter note, I also share some of my favorite travel stories - I delve a bit deeper in to what the hell happened in Portugal (European hookup anyone...?....LOL), my trip to Nantucket and more about my sister's wedding.

Today’s episode is focused on the most iconic show of our millennial coming-of-age decade: Gossip Girl. I cover everything top to bottom, including how the show came to be, where we were (societally speaking) at the show’s peak, whether or not the show would have flourished if it were produced in today’s world, the problematic nature of the show and the scandals that have followed some of the breakout stars nearly a decade later, and of course, behind the scenes gossip of what was really going down when the cameras weren’t rolling. Remember Little J? Did you know she suffered with substance abuse and depression as recent as 2021, because I certainly didn’t until I started doing research for the show.
This episode took me back to high school and while I’m certain I don’t ever want to return to that time of my life, I would most certainly love to be back during the era of B, S and Constance Billiard. You know you love me….XOXO.

This week’s episode is *niche* as fuck but this is what we love at X Knows All. The first segment of the show features Emily @ejkoba (Emily's twitter), Christy’s best friend, who helps recap their weekend in LA as well as their old lives in San Francisco. Christy and Emily also discuss what it was like to visit LA hotspots Delilah’s and Laurel Hardware (surprise: we had a #sundayspotted for Deux Moi and we saw the biggest fight in Delilah's history).
The second segment of the show features Sophie Ross @soph_ross (Sophie's website) and the much requested content about Arielle Charnas and Tinx. If you were just as confused as I was about WTF is going down with Arielle Charnas, we break it down for you in simple terms. We also discuss the much-anticipated Business Insider article that so many of us on Reddit were waiting on pins and needles for.
