New Polling Finds Most Americans Don’t Approve of Biden’s Student Loan Bailout Scam

Most Americans do not approve of Joe Biden’s student loan bailouts, according to new polling.

It’s hardly a surprise. Biden’s plan favors the wealthy and is nothing more than a vote-buying scam meant to appeal to young voters, who he needs and who are abandoning him at a rapid pace.

It’s also important to remember that the U.S. Supreme Court told Biden that he could not do this and he did it anyway and then bragged about defying the nation’s highest court. People see this.

Only 3 in 10 adults approve of President Joe Biden‘s student loan debt forgiveness, according to a recently released poll from the University of Chicago and the Associated Press.

Four of 10 say they disapprove. Combine that with the rest of those respondents saying they are either neutral or don’t know enough to say, and it is clear this move by Biden has failed.

Their Energy Department also attempted to collect information regarding Bitcoin miners’ energy contracts as a step towards regulating them out of business. The Justice Department even broke with long-standing Treasury Department guidance when it attempted to regulate via court filing to say that self-hosted wallets should be treated as money transmitting businesses. This is all by design. They want to effectively ban the industry.

BREAKING: John Fetterman and Wife Injured in Car Crash, Hospitalized After Fetterman Slams Into Chevy Impala

Democrat Senator John Fetterman (PA) and his wife Gisele Fetterman, were injured in a car crash Sunday morning in Maryland and transported to a nearby hospital.

According to reports, John Fetterman was driving and crashed his vehicle into the back of a Chevy Impala.

“According to a preliminary investigation, a Chevrolet Traverse and a Chevrolet Impala were both traveling west on I-70 when for unknown reasons, the Traverse struck the rear of the Impala,”

Maryland State Police said in a statement.

“A passenger in the Traverse and the operator of the Impala were transported by ambulance to War Memorial Hospital in West Virginia for treatment of their injuries,” authorities said.

 

John Fetterman suffered a bruised shoulder.

Senator Fetterman and his wife were released from the hospital after treatment for minor injuries.

No citation was issued.

BRICS Summit Begins with Goal of Ditching U.S. Dollar

The foreign ministers of BRICS member nations – and another 13 countries interested in collaborating with the anti-Western bloc – convened in Russia on Monday for a meeting outside of the confines of the BRICS annual summit to discuss, among other issues, ways to expand trade without the use of the U.S. dollar.

“The proactive work is underway on fulfillment of decisions of the Johannesburg summit of the last year, specifically as regards improvement of the international monetary system and development of a platform for payment in national currencies in mutual trade,” Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said on Monday.

The vast majority of international trade is conducted using the U.S. dollar, bolstering the strength of the American currency and leaving nations open to potential sanctions damage. Given the growing number of sanctions imposed on Russia and China is response to a litany of human rights abuses committed by their dictatorships, both countries have spearheaded efforts both in BRICS and beyond to “de-dollarize” their economies, ideally rendering them immune from sanctions.

“De-Dollarization” was a major topic of discussion at the 2023 BRICS summit, in the short term by replacing the dollar with the Chinese yuan or the Russian ruble. In the long term, however, BRICS representatives have suggested that the member nations of that coalition could create their own currency to protect its members from sanctions or any human rights requirements Western nations may demand.

WEF brags that over $100 billion was taken via carbon taxes last year

The WEF has announced that $104 billion was syphoned out of the pockets of taxpayers globally via carbon taxes last year to pay for environmental schemes.

In an article, the WEF brags that this is a new record and that carbon taxes and emissions trading systems now account for 24% of the world’s emissions, up from 7% in 2013.

However, according to the report, it’s not enough. Less than 1% of global emissions are being subject to a direct carbon price at the target rates, meaning there’s still plenty of room for more taxes.

No evidence that carbon taxes work

Of course, there’s no evidence carbon taxes change the weather or affect emissions. If there was, Canada, a world-renowned champion of it, would be able to provide evidence of this.

In fact, there’s probably evidence to the contrary, i.e., that not only has the carbon tax not changed the weather, it’s made life significantly worse for Canadians for no good reason—as is likely the case everywhere else there’s a carbon tax

“The public transit authority hasn’t determined how much to charge drivers, but has considered fares ranging from $9 to $23 for passenger vehicles and between $12 and $82 for trucks. The scenarios contemplate different combinations of potential discounts, credits, and exemptions,” Politico reported.

New York’s Democrat Governor Kathy Hochul’s spox John Lindsay cheered the approval saying at the time, “Governor Hochul is committed to implementing congestion pricing to reduce traffic, improve air quality, and support our public transit system. We’ve worked closely with partners across government and with community members over the last four years to develop a plan that will achieve these goals.”

Politico reports:

“Circumstances have changed and we must respond to the facts on the ground and not the rhetoric of five years ago,” she said.

The decision by Hochul leaves a host of unanswered questions, including how the MTA will make up the expected annual $1 billion in revenue. The money would have gone to a larger $15 billion capital plan for public transportation improvements.

Blue States Find Yet Another Climate Racket To Penalize American Businesses

Vermont enacted a law Friday that will require energy companies to pay huge sums to cover costs purportedly driven by climate change — and several other states may be following suit.

Republican Vermont Gov. Phil Scott allowed his state’s climate “superfund” bill to become law Friday without his signature, obligating energy producers that emitted more than one billion tons of greenhouse gases since 1995 to pay into a “superfund” that would be tapped to pay for disasters purportedly caused or exacerbated by climate change, according to NBC News. The new law is likely to become the subject of a legal battle with the energy industry, and some blue states — including New York and Massachusetts — are looking to pass similar bills in the near future.

“What these states are basically saying is, ‘if you make things we don’t like, we’re going to fine you into oblivion for what you’ve done anywhere in the world. And we’re going to use all that money to pay for products and projects favored by progressives,'” OH Skinner, executive director of the Alliance for Consumers, told the Daily Caller News Foundation.

Biden’s Inflation Reduction Act Screws Seniors with the Biggest Medicare Premium Increase Ever

One of the classic strategies in the Obama/Biden playbook is policy that sounds good in the short-term, but whose long-term consequences won’t be felt until after an election. That way if Democrats win, they’re insulated from voters holding them accountable; but if they lose, they can blame Republicans when things go south.

This was undoubtedly one of the plays the Biden administration had in mind for the gallingly misnamed Inflation Reduction Act (IRA). But this disastrous legislation hasn’t just sabotaged Americans’ wallets, it’s sabotaged their health as well.

Snuck into the IRA was a poorly drafted provision that attempted to lower out-of-pocket expenses on prescription drugs. The IRA lowers the out-of-pocket maximum for seniors from about $3,300 to $2,000 by shifting the responsibility for the $1,300 difference to insurance companies. To no one’s surprise, the insurance companies pass that cost to consumers in the form of higher premiums and restricted access to prescription drugs.

This year, premiums for Medicare Part D are up more than 20 percent for the more than 50 million Americans enrolled. In 2025, they could increase again by more than 50 percent! We hope people are paying close enough attention during open enrollment in October to compare this price spike as President Biden campaigns on how he “fought Big Pharma to lower drug costs!”

The real reason Boeing is in the news 

China’s new knock-off passenger jet is waiting for approval as a replacement for the Boeing 737, and the Biden administration is only too willing to help the Chinese by demonizing an American manufacturer, with national security implications.  As major media report, “Boeing’s crisis may open a gap for Chinese jets to fly through.”  With a Trump presidency, this would not have happened, and it’s another reason why the DNC and its China-first allies want Trump permanently sidelined.

To an unusual extent, the major media are reporting what seem to be a nearly unending series of mishaps involving U.S. commercial airline aircraft made by the Boeing company.  Whether it’s a window blowing out in flight, a tire falling to the ground after takeoff, or a sudden “nosedive“ in cruising flight, it seems the Boeing jet, especially the 737, can’t be trusted anymore, and the public is being conditioned to think so.

 

I suggest that these irregularities may not be random.  Allow me to explain.

Little known to the general public and air travelers is that China has made an exact duplicate of the Boeing 737 and wants to see it in service as a replacement, worldwide (with a convenient “firefighting” tanker model as well).  This Chinese “knock-off” costs a fraction of the Boeing model and is waiting for U.S. regulatory approval.  What better way to accelerate its introduction than to engage in a classic “disinformation” program to discredit the safety of the current competitive model?

Who stands to win in such a scenario?  A number of parties, political, financial, and commercial.  Airline management care about cost, and they will pursue cost reduction in any way they can.

Unknown to most Americans is that airline major maintenance is largely done outside the United States, in such countries as South Korea, Singapore, Mexico, the Dominican Republic, and El Salvador, with China next.  A Chinese passenger jet that costs half the price, and is financed by the Chinese, would be welcomed with open arms.  Airline executives are also ideologically captured to an unusual extent by the current White House, based in part on billions of dollars in COVID rescue funds, along with regulatory pressure to comply with White House narratives including the promotion of minorities and the adoption of racial identitarian themes in labor practices and hiring.  This also includes Biden “biosecurity“ programs involving passenger compliance and controls.
