A part of our human experience is enduring all experiences from pain to happiness to suffering and anger to every emotion in-between. When we can humbly acknowledge our suffering we can allow them to move through us. Suffering is something most of us mask or we wear it so heavy on our sleeves it takes over who we think we are.
Shelly shares her experiences of pain and how she copes and finds growth within. Together let us open our hearts to the pain we experience and hold space without trying to change it. Namaste Friends.

Why do we fear failing? Where did this come from, is it us or perhaps it could be from generations and generations of programming... Today allow yourself to rediscover you have never failed at something you have tried and put your whole heart into it. Maybe we need to try again, and when that doesn't work try again, and maybe harder next time even when it hurts. And if that doesn't work its okay to say we tried something and now its time to be open to new opportunities and move on with a learning and growing experience. Knowing the universe never makes mistakes, today let us open up to what it really means to fail and succeed. Love to you my Friends Namaste.
