Space Meditation
The senses are the gateway to objects. Through them, all objects reach the mind. After a certain stage in life, the mind becomes habituated to constantly seeking objects through the senses. As a result, not only the mind but also all the systems of the body start experiencing problems and diseases. The main reason for this is that the mind always entangles itself in the visible world.
Here, I will attempt to free the mind from entanglements through Space Meditation. Space means nothingness, where there is no solidity. It is where the mind ceases thinking and contemplating. If its focus is directed towards space, the mind can be emptied for a short period of time. This is what I have tried to achieve in this meditation, allowing the mind to rest in the expansive emptiness of space.
In this state of meditation, the mind becomes free from the incessant flow of thoughts, worries, and distractions. It experiences a sense of tranquility and peace. By consciously directing our attention to the vastness of space, we create a space within ourselves where the mind can find respite from the constant activity and noise.
Space Meditation allows us to detach ourselves from the external world and turn inward, exploring the depths of our own consciousness. It is a journey of self-discovery and inner transformation. Through regular practice, we can cultivate a state of inner calmness and clarity, which positively influences our overall well-being.
