In today's episode, I'm talking about why you don't need their apology to heal. We crave the apology so deeply because we're HUMAN. We're wired for connection and closure as humans; our hearts want to be seen, known, and heard. 

When we believe that healing is only possible after someone else makes it right, we unknowingly tie our freedom to someone else's readiness or willingness to take responsibility.
