This week we dive into 2 Kings 12:7, which is all about investing in the temple’s repairs. Our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19) and we are called to steward this resource well! What we invest in to heal our body MATTERS! Are we investing in things simply for aesthetics? Or are we investing in things that are sustainable and built to last? Are we investing in “get fit quick” supplements or “solutions” or in credentialed professionals, specialized to support you how you need?
If you need help with your temple repairs (aka stewarding your body and your health) we got you!

In this episode, we respond to our body image burdens that come up during summertime with 1 Samuel 16:7. We pray this episode will encourage you to lay your burdens at the feet of Jesus, including your body image struggles.
