Tim attended the United States Military Academy majoring in International Relations and branching Armor. After his military career, he worked as a logistician with a major retailer and a construction company. After much deliberation, Tim decided to make a pivot in his career and joined a small independent financial planning firm in 2012. In 2016, he launched his own financial planning firm Script Financial and in 2019 merged with Your Financial Pharmacist. Tim now lives in Columbus, Ohio with his wife (Shay), three kids (Olivia, Liam and Zoe), and dog (Benji).

Kamren Gallon is a 3rd generation entrepreneur. He was introduced to real estate at a very early age. His father was a landlord in North Philadelphia and one day his life was tragically taken by a tenant. After this life changing event, Kamren was very eager to go into the medical field. After graduating pharmacy school from Hampton University in 2013, he spent the first few years of his career working overnight. It wasn't until 2017 after being robbed in the pharmacy that he realized one source of income was not enough. Shortly after that incident, Kamren put his childhood fears behind him and started to invest in real estate.
Kamren has successfully flipped and sold over 100 homes along with owning a 7 figure rental portfolio while working full time as a pharmacist and being a single father. He is currently on a mission to inspire and teach other busy professionals how to achieve the same level of success so they can also reach financial freedom through real estate investing.

After graduating in 2017 with $161,000 in student loan debt, he paid it off in May 2024. Brandon and his wife, Mariah, have 2 children and live in a rural community in Iowa. Gregory Zinis was born and raised in the vibrant landscapes of Michigan, where his youth was filled with soccer games, hunting excursions, fishing trips, snowboarding adventures, and garage-building projects. Dr. Emmanuel (Manny) Ayanjoke, R.Ph, PharmD, MBA is the proud owner of Altev Community Pharmacy in Cincinnati, Ohio. A graduate of University of Toledo College of Pharmacy, Dr. Manny has spent over 5 years serving various communities as a dedicated pharmacist. Before opening Altev, he worked at Ziks Family Pharmacy, honing his skills, and understanding the vital role of pharmacists in community health. His work as a clinical pharmacist at Ziks had notable success and he was featured as a keynote panelist at the American Pharmacist Association (APhA) 2022 conference.
