It was an absolute pleasure to interview Susannah Cole, an incredibly driven and down-to-earth woman on a mission: to live her best life by investing in property and sharing her decades of knowledge.

Susannah Cole founded The Good Property Company in 2011, sourcing over 200 properties valued at £45 million in Bristol within four years. She has since empowered thousands to achieve financial goals and quality family time through property investment, sharing her expertise via YouTube, a website, and webinars.

We covered a wide range of topics, from where to start when working with investors to a three-step formula for valuing properties, as well as strategies to reduce investment risks.

Susannah candidly shared how her battle with cancer has given her a new perspective on her investing journey and how the income from her property portfolio has allowed her to take some time off without worrying about paying the bills.
