Additionally, he founded and serves as Managing Director of The Property Brokerage, which helps clients easily buy and sell investment properties, as well as build large portfolios. Over the last decade, Mark has sourced a high volume of property deals, over 50 options and delayed completions, planning gains, and more than 40 HMO and commercial conversions.
