Anger is part of our immune system, it’s there to defend ourselves. And when it’s left to sit inside, it can affect us cognitively, and then physically, sapping us of our energy to keep that rage trapped within. Visualising the release of this anger in a safe and controlled way is a powerful method to release our bodies of unwanted energies. ❤️
