It can sometimes be frustrating when you want to improve your English listening and you do so by listening to TV programmes. This is because TV programme hosts and celebrities can speak all too quickly. As a result, learners can face immense difficulties catching what they are saying. However, this problem can be solved by choosing the right materials to listen to. This is why I always recommend that my students listen to the speech of experienced English teachers. This is because English teachers target English learners rather than native English speakers and tailor their speech to the needs of their students. Many students ask me which edutubers/ online English teachers they should listen to if they want to acquire the American accent. In this episode, I will delve into the American English online teachers who listen to on a regular basis.
