斯威士兰是承认“中华民国”国家地位的12个邦交国之一。赖清德原定于4月22日搭乘专机出访，出席斯威士兰国王加冕40周年庆典，但因专机航线必须途经的塞舌尔、模里西斯及马达加斯加临时取消飞行许可，导致行程暂缓。台湾官方表示，上述三国是受到了北京的施压。

赖清德最终抵达目的地并强调“台湾有权利走向世界”。针对此次改变方式的出访，台湾官方将其定调为“外交突破”，而中国大陆方面则批评此举为“偷渡”与“窜访”，大陆评论人胡锡进更形容他是“越狱”。

Taiwan President Lai Ching-te has completed a closely watched visit to Eswatini, the island’s only remaining diplomatic ally in Africa, underscoring Taipei’s shrinking international space amid pressure from Beijing.

The trip, tied to celebrations marking King Mswati III’s 40th year on the throne, also drew sharp criticism from China, which derided it as a “stowaway-style” visit. Travel arrangements were reportedly complicated by airspace constraints, which Taiwan attributed to external pressure by China, though details remain unclear.

During the visit, Lai met King Mswati III, reaffirmed bilateral ties, and witnessed the signing of cooperation agreements. He emphasised Taiwan’s determination to maintain its international presence despite diplomatic isolation.

China reiterated its opposition to any official exchanges with Taiwan, while the United States expressed support for Taiwan’s international engagement. The episode highlights how Taiwan’s limited diplomatic relationships are increasingly shaped by broader geopolitical tensions.

1）学额变少，小一报名将更激烈？

从今年起，新加坡教育部将逐年下调多数小学的招生名额，以应对本地小学入学适龄人口减少。今年有61所小学削减小一收生名额，占全国179所小学近三分之一，当中包括孺廊小学、道南学校、南洋小学、卍慈学校等热门学校。今年开放报名、明年入学的小一新生总名额，从2025年的4万零8个，减至今年的3万8548个，削减了1460个学额。2027年入学的小一报名活动将从今年6月30日（星期二）开始，至10月30日（星期五）结束。

2）特朗普又差一点遭枪杀？
美国总统特朗普于4月25日出席白宫记者协会晚宴时，险遭一名持枪男子袭击。事件迅速引发舆论海啸，社交媒体上阴谋论甚嚣尘上，俄罗斯及伊朗官媒借机放大，加剧美国社会撕裂。这是特朗普三年内第三次面临暗杀险境，此前他曾遭遇巴特勒集会耳部擦伤和西棕榈滩高尔夫球场枪击事件。国际社会一致谴责政治暴力，包括法国总统马克龙和英国国王查尔斯三世。美国前总统奥巴马也呼吁拒绝让暴力存在于民主制度中。持枪犯案的艾伦（Cole Tomas Allen，31岁）星期一（4月27日）被控企图刺杀特朗普，如果罪成，可判处终身监禁。

3）裸上身逛街犯法吗？

最近，新马两国相继发生两起裸身事件，引发社会热议。第一起发生在马来西亚柔佛州新山，两名男子赤裸上身进入便利店购物，视频在网上疯传，网民对此褒贬不一。第二起事件发生在新加坡，一名男子全裸骑共享脚踏车，并自拍上传至社交媒体，还在疑似新加坡国立大学校园内拍摄多段不雅内容。共享脚踏车业者Anywheel已向警方报案，并将针对相关账号采取果断行动，包括暂停或永久取消账号的平台使用资格。公司也承诺定期为所有共享脚踏车进行清洗与消毒。国大也针对事件展开调查。
