almost= 還沒有 5 點（只能放在時間前面） already = 4:55、真的 5 點了、過了 5 點（可以放在時間前面或是後面）
上班事情多的時候，
覺得時間過得太快，
感覺三點上完廁所坐回位子沒多久，怎麼一下就要五點了？
