1【quit 放棄】- 動詞
"If you get tired, learn to rest, not to quit"
如果你累了，你需要的是休息，而不是放棄

2【not yet 還沒】- 副詞
“Not Yet” is a learning curve that gives you a path into the future.
（若能把失敗視為「還沒達成」，就會意識到你還在學習曲線上，可以往未來繼續邁進。）

3【self-compassion 自我疼惜】- 名詞
Self-compassion involves treating yourself with love, patience, and understanding.
（自我疼惜的精神指的是以愛、耐心及理解的態度對待自己。）
