How  do I tell my girlfriend I want to clean her apartment without insulting  her?

I love her, but my girlfriend’s apartment is absolutely filthy and  messy. She’s super self-conscious about it but I’ve told her I don’t  judge her for it and I don’t mind coming over. I’m not sure why she  hasn’t cleaned it yet but I think she gets really overwhelmed about  cleaning her place up so I don’t press her about it. 

Well I wasn’t lying about not minding coming over, but the more time I  spend there the more I want to clean the place up. I’m the type of  person to clean/mop/vacuum my own apartment regularly and definitely  prefer to spend my time in a clean and tidy environment. So much in fact  that I would be willing to spend a weekend and deep clean the shit out  of her place. 

How do I offer her this in a way that seems helpful and  not judgmental or insulting? 

I’m sure she would appreciate me helping  her with this, but I’m just worried about hurting her feelings by trying  to take matters into my own hands.

§ When speaking to or seeing someone for the first time make sure to BE on time. Punctuality is very important and at the very least respects the other person’s time.

§ Like it or not, people are judged first and foremost on their appearance so do put your best foot forward when meeting someone new.

§ Body language is very important as well, so keep smiling and try and be relaxed.

§ Confidence (not arrogance) is also essential. No one wants to be with someone who hangs their head down or slouches. They want that person with the confident (not arrogant) energy.

While it’s important to make that good first impression you want to also be true to you, don’t look or act a certain way just to impress them because it will work against you later on.

Dear Matthew,

I was out with a friend last weekend and we got chatting.

She told me that she's bisexual and spent a night with a girlfriend and her girlfriend's husband.

She had sex with her female friend, but not the husband.  They didn't even touch.  He only had sex with his wife.

What my friend isn't sure of though... Does this count as a threesome?

Dear Matthew,

Is it normal for people to not be able to listening to certain songs because there is memories associated with said songs? 

I broke up with my ex in January and I still can’t listen to certain songs or it’ll ruin my mood. Is that normal?

I never get responses online dating. What am I doing wrong?

§ Those who have the most charisma when single and dating attract others like magnets leaving the rest in the dust.

§ Online daters really need to market themselves the right way. Like it or not, you need to be dating competitively ... there are soooo many others online who want the same things as you, the same people as you and if you don't stand out from the crowd you're going to have a much harder time.

§ Many singles have a sense of entitlement that's keeping them single. They want only what they perceive is the best, because, well, they are a GREAT catch and any person would be only too lucky to have them. But aren't catches usually "caught" pretty early on? You may not be a catch to those who you're pursuing.

§ Some people can do all the right things (in theory) and still don't get responses online dating. Why? Well, it's a matter of taste. People can't help what they want and what they're attracted to, so, you need to be what you want to date.

If something isn't working for you then make some adjustments in how you're presenting yourself and keep trying! Sometimes changing it up will jump start your online dating luck. Also, perhaps trying a new site could help.

I have a question. I recently lost my dad and my step mom is doing bogus things with my house contract that my dad made and not sure im going to be able to stay in my home because of finances.   My question is.  Will I meet someone in my my near future as far as relationship?   Will I still be in my house a year from now this is the only thing I got from my father before he passed?
