In my younger days, I let fear run my life. I made so many important life decisions. I was scared, including getting married right when I graduated college because I didn’t think I could “make it” on my own - ugh!

Fast forward to getting diagnosed with cancer, and I started to feel that fear creeping back into my life. I had to take back control. I wish I had this podcast episode with Jamie to listen to a year ago - his simple tips would have gotten me out of fear quickly - but at the end of the day, it’s up to me to stay out of fear.
