Erica founded the YummyMummyClub.ca 14 years ago, well before on-line communities were a “thing” and now she’s garnering over a dozen prestigious awards for her work.  In this episode, Erica talks about her personal parenting journey and the need to have support from other moms as she raised her children, especially the teen years when mental health issue arose.
