It is easy to jump from one task or activity to the next, to message one person, have a meeting with another, then call a friend. What kind of intention do we bring to these interactions? If we took a moment after each to reflect, writing just ONE sentence, what would we notice?

In this episode, I'm sharing my experience this past weekend when I thought this, how it has already changed how I show up with my kids, and an invitation for you to pause between people with me.
