For years, Luke Farrar found himself caught in a cycle of overcomplicating things at work, for himself and his team. He relied on “systems” to provide solutions and efficiency, and was constantly consuming information to seek answers outside of himself. When Luke learned to instead look inward and trust his own natural compass, he was able to lead his team in a brand new way. With the understanding that we all have this built-in guide and capability, Luke was able to take the pressure off and help his team excel.
