Tim is a prominent Adlerian, professor, and president of The North American Society for Adlerian Psychology (NASAP). He is also father to Jacob who has CHARGE syndrome.  In this episode, we talk about his own parenting and the work he does with parents who have children with disabilities and the application of Adlerian principles.
