I'm so happy to welcome back Beth Martens to the show. I first met Beth in episode #26 where we learned of Beth's amazing cancer story, and how her recovery came through awareness rather than a herb, pill or procedure.
In this episode we explore the themes of inner work, self-empowerment, and challenging mainstream narratives. We touch on Beth's journey from a cancer survivor to an author, coach, and podcaster.
She speaks about the importance of inner work, some falacies of natural medicine, and the need for personal transformation to create real change. We also touch on the challenges facing Canada and the importance of maintaining a vision for the future.
It has become very clear to me that many don't hold much a vision for the future and for what is possible and I believe if more people did, than the common choices and patterns of today for many would be very different when going beyond the concern of the present need or desire.
Beth also introduces her upcoming course, Creator Code, which is aimed at helping people deprogram and find their true purpose. Something that could many, no doubt!
