Richard Mouw was Fuller’s fourth president and now serves as Professor of Faith and Public Life at the school. For years, Dr. Mouw has lectured widely on the subject of “convicted civility,” a method of political engagement that creates space for both convictions and generosity. He has written extensively on political engagement, and he continues to shape and inform Fuller’s voice within the political sphere.
