With so many components within Human Design, I know it can feel like an endlessly slow process to integrate it into your life — especially when you’ve been doing so much work to understand it all.

So in this episode, I’m sharing a quick rundown of 10 signs that you’ve already started to incorporate your Human Design strategy and authority in your everyday life.
You don’t have to have all your gates and channels memorized or remember all your variable elements — once you’ve begun to shift your awareness to your strategy and authority, your energy is already healing.
