EPISODE 10. If you are a teacher who feels that things in your career, your life, this season are so overwhelming or feeling like you're dropping the ball, this is my attempt to let you know that you are NOT ALONE!  These pep talks are BONUS episodes meant to show you how I am navigating challenges in education, finding BALANCE between taking responsibility for my locus of control while still giving myself grace and COMPASSION.  I want these episodes to be more real and honest, like we are two teacher besties just chatting it out, while providing you with motivation, validation, or just a pick me up for your morning rides to work or your afternoon unwind.
