Wow… 100 episodes! We are so thrilled to have met this milestone. We couldn’t have done it without our amazing community of listeners and our support system of close loved ones. 

This might be our most wholesome content to date. With it being the 100th episode, we wanted to do something special! With January around the corner, we thought we would give you some ideas and inspiration to take into the new year with a fresh perspective! We’re sharing some ideas and lessons ourselves but we also asked our parents, siblings, and partners for their tips as well.
