On today’s episode, I am talking about summer. Summer is a special season for me. I want to share with you it’s significance for me and the entrepreneurial steps I have taken to get to where I am today.

Keep your business a side hustle for as long as possible, but know in order to grow you will have to take the leap.  

Don't over hire. Use virtual assistants or freelancers as long as possible. This will help you better manage expenses.

Use summers to strategically plan.

Living and learning is a must in entrepreneurship.

Establish core values and stick with your core competency

Who is Monica?

Monica Allen grew up in a small town in Georgia with her single mom who had her at age 18, her grandmother and uncle.
